Kashrut – Nof Kinneret Hotel practices a strict and quality kashrut under the supervision of Rabbi AAA
All raw produce except poultry, meat and dairy products are under the supervision and bear the certifications of one of three kosher institutions – Rubin, Landau or Ada Haredit.
Leafy vegetables are without fear of worms under the supervision of the Ada Haredit/Rubin certification and undergo a strict inspection and washing process according to the instructions of Badatz .
Dairy products are under Kashrut Mehadrin.
